Chuck Bartolo, Principal
Broker
A native of New
York City, he moved to Columbia County in 1987. Chuck
joined George Beach Realty as a sales
agent in 1988. Immediately there was chemistry. He and George Beach
both shared the
same basic business philosophy, "provide the best service in an honest
manner to your customers & clients, and the business will
grow", and so it has. Chuck's former business and work experience with
company's like Xerox and IBM allowed him to
bring marketing and sales skills
to the agency. Soon after, George asked Chuck to become his
partner.
Today we are now one of the county's largest and most respected

Deborah Kinney
Before I
moved to this area, I worked as a real estate agent in NYC. I began
with extensive training offered by Century 21, then joined MJ Raynes
RE, moved onto William B. May, and there spent several years developing
skills geared towards the investment RE market. I was perfectly
positioned then to assist my clients who had anticipated the RE market
crash of the late 80's. I eventually joined Morgan Barrington
as Director Of Investment Sales. During those years I began
visiting this region. My RE philosophy remains one in which the
investment potential of purchasing RE is my primary focus in guiding my
customers & clients. It is my pleasure to find you your dream
property or sell your current property, and I will work gladly at those
task, but I will also do my best to enhance your financial portfolio
with a profitable return.

Barbara Conkling
Originally from the New Jersey
suburbs, Barbara has lived in
Columbia County since 1976. Together, she and her husband Doug have
raised four kids in the area - three boys and a girl, plus an
assortment of dogs and cats and fish in a 1890's farmhouse in rural Red
Rock, a hamlet outside the town of Chatham. In 2002, with her boys all
grown up, her daughter looking at colleges, and facing an empty nest,
Barb decided to turn her volunteer community, school & church work
into a full-time job. She knew the county, its villages, towns and back
roads (and nearly everyone in it), so she decided real estate would be
her thing. Today, as an associate broker, Barb handles both residential
and commercial real estate as well as separate land deals having closed
on more than two deals a per month just this year. She is happy to
broker deals on her own,
with other brokers in her firm or in conjunction with outside
associates. Her specialty is matching people with their dream homes and
wonderful neighbors.

Tom Gilling, Licensed Sales Associate
A native of Wisconsin I earned a graduate degree in North
Carolina many,
many years ago and immediately moved to D.C. for ten years; then NYC
