When Opportunity Strikes...The
time has come, to stop watching and waiting – and realize that the
market seems to have stabilized, with prices and interest rates at or
near historic lows. Many buyers seem to have gotten the message: Our
phones have been ringing, homes have been selling and a rebound seems
well underway. Just one caution, though: interest rates may well be
inching back up. The opportunity, for unprecedented values and terms,
seems to be striking right now. CB
