Meet Charles "Chuck"
Chuck Bartolo is the Principal Broker of Beach & Bartolo Realtors, Inc., a trusted Columbia County real estate firm with deep community roots dating back to 1961. Chuck’s journey into real estate began after relocating from New York City to Columbia County in 1987. Having sold his IBM dealership in Manhattan and with some prior experience in real estate, he soon learned he had found his calling.
Soon after arriving, Chuck met George Beach—known locally as the “Dean of Real Estate.” Despite a 30-year age difference, the two shared the same guiding principle: treat clients and customers honestly, and as you would wish to be treated yourself. Chuck joined the firm in 1988, became a partner in 1993, and eventually took the helm as Principal Broker.
Before real estate, Chuck built a successful corporate career with Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox and SCM Corporation, serving in sales management and marketing leadership roles. These experiences gave him the business acumen and strategic vision to grow Beach & Bartolo into one of the region’s most respected agencies.
Under his leadership, the firm earned the distinction of Best Real Estate Agency in Columbia County for five consecutive years, as awarded by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce’s “Best of the County” awards. Chuck remains deeply committed to upholding the company’s community-focused values while guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.
