As a resident of NYC, I was looking for a place to get away to on the weekends. I found Susan through one of her listings on Zillow and exactly four months later I purchased my first home. I interacted with a few other brokers early on, however, found them to be overly aggressive or non-responsive. After successfully bidding on a property, Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She was honest, patient, and never pushy. Even through findings identified through the inspection, she was helpful in working with the seller and myself to resolve the items in a very fair and efficient manner. Thank you Susan!!!

Susan really 'knows her stuff,' possessing an impressive and contextual knowledge of the area (and the market). The real estate process is an extremely stressful one, but she makes it significantly less so with her pleasant and yet always practical approach. I recommend her without reservation.
