Jeffrey “Jeff” McKinney, an Associate Real Estate Broker and Beach & Bartolo’s Sales Manager, takes a proactive and hands-on approach to client service, providing personalized attention and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
As President-Elect of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Multiple Listing Service (HVCR MLS) and a member of several Board of Realtors Committees, Jeff brings his background in TV production and online content development to real estate, offering unique perspectives on staging, photography, and marketing. He combines social media strategies with proven real estate practices to help clients sell their properties, and when working with buyers, he prioritizes finding their dream homes.
Born in Philadelphia, Jeff moved to NYC after college. A decade of weekend and holiday visits to Columbia County led him to become a permanent resident in 2007. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, tackling a home DIY project, and exploring Columbia County.
