Sue is a cornerstone of the Beach & Bartolo team, bringing over 18 years of dedicated experience and deep industry knowledge to the agency. A graduate of Siena College with a degree in Marketing, Sue expertly steers the firm’s strategic marketing, financial operations, and daily client relations with a signature warm, approachable style. To expand the value she brings to both agents and clients, Sue recently earned her New York State Real Estate Salesperson license—adding an extra layer of hands-on insight to every transaction and listing strategy.
Beyond the office, Sue is a dedicated community leader. She serves as President of the Chatham Little League and head coach of her daughter’s travel softball team, fostering teamwork and youth development across the area. Her long-standing commitment to Columbia County is also reflected in her role as Volunteer Coordinator for FilmColumbia and her past service on the board and as treasurer for the Chatham Area Business & Arts (CABA) organization.
