About Tia Nielsen

As a Columbia County native and Chatham High School graduate, Tia has a lifelong connection to the beautiful Upstate New York community. After earning a BA in Communications from the University of Central Florida, she gained valuable experience as a brand representative for national marketing firms. She traveled nationwide for a 2003 M&M’s campaign and team-managed a successful product launch for Dunkin’ Donuts in the Northeast, including the Hudson Valley.

These experiences honed her skills in strategic marketing, brand representation, and client relations, which she now brings to her real estate career. After taking time to be a stay-at-home mom to her two active boys, she is excited to return to the workforce and help others discover the community she loves.

Tia believes that strong morals such as honesty, courtesy, and respect are paramount in all relationships. Her goal is to bring the most positive and friendly experience to every home buyer and seller she has the pleasure of working with.
