Through our ongoing partnership with Columbia County Current, Beach & Bartolo is proud to highlight the unique local traditions that make living in the Hudson Valley so special. In the summer of 2019, one of the most colorful events in the county took place in Copake Falls.
A Rollicking Frolic at Taconic State Park
The second annual “Pets in The Park” returned as a centerpiece of Copake Falls Day. This wasn't just a dog show; the event welcomed a diverse array of companions, from cats and bearded dragons to chickens and cockatoos, all gathering for a festive morning in the beautiful Taconic State Park.

The members and friends of The Copake Grange expanded the 2019 festivities to include:

Fun Classes & Contests: Prizes and awards were given out for various categories, celebrating the unique bond between locals and their pets.
