From Boston to Brooklyn to Austerlitz
Brian first fell in love with real estate 24 years ago when he purchased his first home in Boston. That initial experience sparked a lifelong passion; over the next two decades, Brian found himself acting as an informal guide for friends navigating their own home searches, all while buying and selling several properties of his own.
Thirteen years ago, Brian and his husband purchased a weekend retreat in Austerlitz. The transition from "weekender" to "local" was a natural evolution:

2014: Brian officially earned his real estate license.

2016: The couple moved full-time from NYC to their home in Austerlitz.
