Adam Nielsen, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, is a true native and an expert on the very foundations of the homes he helps buy and sell.
A lifelong resident of Columbia County, Adam grew up in Copake Falls, NY, enjoying ski racing at Catamount and water sports on Copake Lake. His family’s legacy as esteemed builders allowed Adam to master the art of custom home construction, from laying foundations to applying the final touches.
This deep local knowledge, combined with his expertise in land development and building site construction, gives him a powerful advantage in real estate. His ability to envision a property’s potential and his dedication to guiding clients through one of life’s most significant investments make him an invaluable agent.
When he's not working, Adam enjoys snowmobiling, hunting, golfing, and making memories with his family at Copake Lake.
Tia Nielsen: Strategic Marketing and Hometown Heart
Tia Nielsen also brings a wealth of professional skill and local connection to Beach & Bartolo.
As a Columbia County native and Chatham High School graduate, Tia has a lifelong connection to the Upstate New York community. After earning a BA in Communications from the University of Central Florida, she gained valuable experience as a brand representative for national marketing firms. Her career highlights include traveling nationwide for a 2003 M&M’s campaign and team-managing a successful product launch for Dunkin’ Donuts across the Northeast.
These experiences honed her skills in strategic marketing, brand representation, and client relations—skills she now uses every day in real estate. After spending time as a dedicated stay-at-home mom to her two active boys, Tia is excited to return to the workforce and help others discover the wonderful community she loves.
Tia believes that strong morals like honesty, courtesy, and respect are paramount. Her goal is to bring the most positive and friendly experience to every home buyer and seller, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction.
