The 31st Annual Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in Hillsdale
The Falcon Ridge Folk Festival returned to Dodds Farm in 2019 for its 31st year. This three-day music and camping experience is a cornerstone of the Hillsdale summer, featuring a farm market, artisan crafts, and world-class folk performances.
The 2019 lineup was particularly stellar, featuring the Friday Night Summer’s Eve Song Swap with Martyn Joseph, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Stephen Kellogg, and Crys Matthews. From the BoDeans to the Slambovian Circus of Dreams, the hills were truly alive with music.

The 2nd Annual Upstate Getdown Car Show
Over in Valatie, SunSet New York hosted the Upstate Getdown at O’Kenny’s Express. This inclusive car show welcomed all makes, models, and styles, featuring "Top 25" awards, door prizes, and plenty of ice cream from O’Kenny’s. It was a perfect snapshot of the vibrant community spirit in Northern Columbia County.
