This month, Beach & Bartolo is thrilled to congratulate Adam and Tia Nielsen on seven successful years with the agency. As lifelong residents and active members of the Columbia County community, their local insight is an invaluable asset to our clients.
Edward “Adam” Nielsen: The Builder’s Perspective
Raised in Copake Falls, Adam grew up immersed in a family legacy of reputable builders. Learning from his grandfather, father, and uncles, he mastered the art of custom home construction from the foundation to the finishing touches.
In the real estate world, this background gives Adam a "competitive edge" that is rare to find. He doesn't just see a house; he understands:
-
Land Development: Navigating building site construction and zoning.
-
Property Potential: Helping buyers envision what a fixer-upper or a raw piece of land could truly become.
-
Structural Integrity: Providing sellers with an honest assessment of their home’s "bones."
When he isn’t helping clients, Adam can be found enjoying the outdoors on Copake Lake or skiing at Catamount.
Tia Nielsen: Marketing Savvy with Local Roots
A Chatham High School graduate, Tia returned to her roots after earning a BA in Communications from the University of Central Florida. Before joining Beach & Bartolo, she honed her skills managing major regional product launches for brands like Dunkin’ Donuts and M&M’s.
Tia brings that high-level promotional experience to every listing, combining it with a philosophy of honesty and respect. Her goal is to ensure every buyer and seller has a positive, friendly, and seamless experience.
"I always knew I would return to where my roots are," Tia says. "My goal is to bring the utmost positive experience to all home buyers and sellers I have the pleasure to work with."
