Jennifer Sesma is a trusted Associate Real Estate Broker serving the northern Hudson Valley. Her refreshingly honest style and creative approach set her apart from other brokers in the area. Licensed since 2019, she was named 2020 Rookie of the Year by the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors.
A visual artist at heart, Jennifer spent much of her early career using her keen design sense to merchandise and manage the Northeast region for a major greeting card and paper company. Leading a team of 130+ people for 16 years was rewarding but exhausting. After visiting friends in Columbia County, she knew it was time for a change. While she loved the hustle and bustle of NYC, she found that a quiet home with ample gardens and historic character was just the new adventure she needed.
Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal experience. As one of your largest assets, a home must be handled with professionalism and care. With her creative background, visual merchandising expertise, and customer service skills, she knows first impressions matter.
She offers staging consultations, professional photography, video, floor plans, and virtual tours for every listing, marketing homes through both social media and traditional channels to reach the widest audience. It’s a win for her seller clients.

Jennifer currently serves as Chairperson of the Education Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors. She also serves on the Planning Board for the Village of Chatham.
In her spare time, you’ll likely find her gardening, spending time with her dog, and enjoying village life in Chatham.
