At Beach & Bartolo, we believe in the strength of our neighboring counties and the importance of community safety. In late April 2020, as part of the initial response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Rensselaer County organized a large-scale effort to protect its residents.
Providing Essential Resources
On Wednesday, April 29, 2020, the county distributed free cloth face masks to residents through a coordinated "drive-through" system. To ensure safety and efficiency, motorists were asked to remain in their vehicles while packages were handed through windows, minimizing contact and maintaining social distancing.
