How often have you heard the expression “The American Dream”? What does that really mean? Thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that it is really a state of mind. As American’s, we are so fortunate to have either been born here or to have arrived here from another country to become citizens of the greatest country in the world. With that good fortune comes opportunity not afforded to millions of people around the globe. Yes, while it may be true that we are at times frustrated by the workings of our government, we need to look at the fact that opportunity continues to present itself to those willing to make the personal sacrifices to achieve those ends. Owning your own Home has always been a big part of that dream and I feel privileged to continue to play a small part in helping lots of folks in our own community in getting their share of the American Dream.
