The Real Estate Business has changed so much in recent years, primarily because of the influence of technology. Today, from the convenience of your home you can begin your search for homes, rentals, investment properties, etc. that may be located anywhere in the world. This is both a time and money saver, especially with the cost of gasoline continuing to soar. Now all one needs to do is to simply send an email if they want to set up a showing or get more information. While that may be simple however, in my opinion something is still missing. There was a time, when a potential buyer and a Real Estate agent would actually have a conversation. They would talk to each other to get a clear understanding of the needs of the potential buyer. It would be a clear exchange of ideas. I too love the world of technology, but boy do I miss the good old days when we actually spoke to each other. We still believe that method still works.
