Join us in celebrating an incredible milestone for our own Susan Wendelboe, who is celebrating her 16-year anniversary with Beach & Bartolo Realtors!
Susan brings a unique global perspective and a passion for fine living to her real estate career. A native of England, her journey began in Switzerland, where she obtained her hotel certificate, followed by extensive travels that ultimately led her to New York City. There, she honed her design sensibilities at the New York School of Interior Design and earned a BA in English from Fordham University.
Her connection to Columbia County began in 1973 with the purchase of a weekend home, sparking a lifelong interest in the local real estate market. In 1997, she made Old Chatham her permanent residence, immersing herself in the community by opening a popular food and gift shop. Her deep-seated love for real estate proved too strong to ignore, and she soon obtained her broker’s license.
Since then, Susan has been a dedicated and knowledgeable fixture in the Columbia County real estate market. She welcomes the opportunity to assist with any of your real estate needs or to simply answer any questions you may have.
