During the annual induction of Officers and Directors held on Wednesday, January 14, Jeffrey McKinney was sworn in as President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS (HVCR MLS), and Jennifer Sesma was sworn in as President-Elect of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region REALTORS® (HVCRR) organizations.

Jeffrey McKinney, President of HVCR MLS: Jeffrey has been Beach & Bartolo’s Sales Manager since 2019. In his role as President, McKinney will oversee the premier provider of real estate data for Columbia, Greene, and Ulster counties. The MLS serves as the primary engine for the regional market, providing professionals and consumers with essential data to facilitate the buying and selling of real estate.

Jennifer Sesma, President-Elect of HVCRR: Recently named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year, Sesma’s new role as President-Elect places her at the forefront of the professional trade association representing over 1,000 real estate professionals. She will help lead the organization in its mission of advocacy, education, and community service.
Both McKinney and Sesma are dedicated to ensuring that the REALTOR® Code of Ethics remains the cornerstone of the local market, fostering a fair and efficient environment for buyers and sellers alike.
